If your LAMARA LONDON order wasn’t quite right for you, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date you received your parcel.

For all returns, please email before proceeding with any shipment. We will then instruct you on the next steps based on your order.

After emailing customer service, you may proceed with the return based on their instructions. Please see further information below.

Shoe returns:

To return your shoe products, send to the below address in the original shoe box and packaging, following the instructions on the returns form provided in your order parcel.

Clothing can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it has not been worn or washed.

Clothing returns:

If you have misplaced your returns form, don’t worry, please mention all order information in the email to obtain a new one. We will send an email when we receive your parcel and will process your request within 3-5 working days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of the shipping will be returned to you.

We also do not cover any duty/taxes/custom fees that may incur with international shipments. If a package is rejected due to fees not being paid and the package is returned to us with fees to pay they will be deducted from the refund amount along with original shipping costs.

If you make an error at checkout, including incorrect delivery address, please email urgently. Changes can only be made within the first hour of placing an order. Any changes after this cannot be changed. For any other queries please contact

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund unless a product is faulty.

We will only accept returns for the pieces that are in a new and unused condition with the original packaging. All shoes need to have no scratches on the soles or marks on the shoe box. They must be returned in original shoe box and packaging.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, then you can request a return within 14 days after your purchase date. Faulty items are items that are received damaged, or when a manufacturing fault occurs.

Please ensure you keep a proof of postage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, without this if any loss occurs unfortunately, we will be unable to assist with returns queries.

SALE ITEMS – All sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we are processing your return. We will process your request within 3-5 working days. If you are approved, then your refund for the cost of your shoes will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again. Please then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially received. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
