WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER IS OUT FOR DELIVERY?

UK ORDERS
When your order is out for delivery with DPD you will receive a text message from our warehouse. Sender will show as Colvanbridge Ltd.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are tracked. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track its progress online.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Once your order has been received we will process this at our warehouse, therefore if you want to amend your delivery address or any other details please contact us asap at info@lamaralondon.comand we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To return your order, please send to the below address in the original shoe box and packaging, following the instructions on the returns form provided in your order parcel.

If you have misplaced your returns form, don’t worry, please email info@lamaralondon.com to obtain a new one. We will send an email when we receive your parcel and will process your request within 3-5 working days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of the shipping will be returned to you.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE MY ORDER OR IF IT DOESN'T FIT?

You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will only accept returns for the pieces that are in a new and unused condition with the original packaging. All shoes need to have no scratches on the soles or marks on the shoe box. They must be returned in original shoe box and packaging. We cannot guarantee full refund in case of damaged returns.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We are unable to offer exchanges on our products. You can simply create a new order for the style you wish to have instead and create your return in the meantime. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@lamaralondon.com.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?

All orders are shipped from the UK.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment of courier fees, import duties, customs and local sales tax.

Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
