Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched on the next working day after your order is placed.

UK ORDERS

We offer DPD next day delivery on UK orders.

DPD UK Next Day Delivery - £8.50

(Monday to Friday Only, order before 4.30pm, excludes bank holidays)

USA ORDERS

Delivery within 1-6 days after dispatch using UPS.

EUROPE ORDERS

Delivery within 1-6 days after dispatch using DPD.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct, as we are unable to amend order information once it has left our warehouse and is on the way to you.

 

UK ORDERS

When your order is out for delivery with DPD you will receive a text message from our warehouse. Sender will show as Colvanbridge Ltd.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are tracked. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track its progress online.

 

CUSTOMS CHARGES

All orders are shipped from the UK.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment of courier fees, import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
